Setting Gmail in Outlook

1. Click tool -> accounts –>click mail tab -> click add mail, type address with your gmail address, Type in incoming mail with pop.gmail.com and outgoing mail with smtp.gmail.com.

2. Type your accout name with: your full email address. click finish.

3. Click tool>account>mail. Select the account then click properties. Select advanced.

4. Fill the outgoing (SMTP) = 465 and tik check list “this server requires a secure connection (SSL)”. Fill in incoming..,.(Pop3) = 995 and tik check list “this server requires a secure connection (SSL)“.

5. Select accout that you make then select tab ’servers’ and check list in ‘my server requires authentication’ then click ok.

Ok, now you login to gmail account click the setting, then make the POP SETTING active in your gmail:

- Click Settings>Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

- check on  Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on

- check on Enable IMAP

- Click Save Changes

Your gmail ready to download to your outlook express.
